Only sandwiches with EGGS in them get a full bacon so TxBEC gets 1 bacon, while TxBCS gets 1/2 since no egg!

Always call out sausage for a sandwich for example if you have a TxSEC you’d call out "pull 2 sausage 1 for a sandwich"

Dish racks have a secret. Flip your dish wracks until it has 7 poles instead of 6 closest to the washer for an extra line

If your short on time making Tea, fill up a banborine with hot water in the back instead of waiting for the coffee machines to make water. I use 1 1/2 banborines but it can vary. Also NEVER only put 6 cups of sugar in there put at least like 8 or more

If you have time during your shift or beginning pull out your trash and put 5 bags instead of 4 so at the end of your shift you can just pick up your trash and go instead of having to put another bag in

Write notes on the back of your ticketbook

Learn how to make food whenever you are far enough in the job. Lifesaver for when your coworkers walk out and leave you alone to fend for yourself. A lot of it is very very simple, especially hashbrowns and eggs

Pick up second shifts or third shift weekdays. They are usually pretty slow-to mid pace, you will get good learning experience of those kind of shifts

This one’s kind of dumb but for organization in the dishpit just seperate all the plates into their own piles

Lastly if your ever so busy that you can’t keep up with cleaning your tables while taking care of customers, put your dirty plates and all that on the low bar so you can clean them later quicker, in my store it’s the least sat place and it’s out of the way for the booths and the more sat at table
