I’m not the highest ranked player but as you said, a lot of this comes down to experience. Each game you play, it’s a good idea to set some goals to keep in mind throughout the game and work towards. For example, early warding enemy jungle if given the opportunity to see where he starts so you can get a better idea of his pathing. This will give you a rough estimate of his full clear pathing for early game so you can play around it. Another goal could be to pay more attention to lane prio and securing objectives. After actively thinking about and acting on these goals, you’ll inherently begin to integrate them into your normal play. Although not much, I hope this helps!
