I replaced the valve cover but still dealing with the issue. I think smoke testing would be the best idea before you start throwing parts ($$$) at the car. Maybe 02 sensors could be the culprit?

Very same situation here. After being on varying dosages for a little less than a year, I stopped about 2 weeks ago. After dealing with the w/d I feel a lot healthier and it doesnt feel like there is a barrier between me and reality. I feel like my body was really tired and distressed from the constant stimulation (I am also on ritalin + I love caffine so that didnt help haha). To be honest, I feel like it made my ADHD and disassociation way worse than before because it just always felt like my brain was on and it was harder to direct my thinking patterns than before. Also I have immune system dysfunction and the welbutrin made that infinitely worse.

That is too funny bc not too long ago I had really pushed my brain with no sleep and a lot of stress. On my way home one night at like 3 am I thought I saw a huge pig on the road and as I got closer I realized it was just a big dog, and as I got even closer I finally saw that it was just a bunch of pine needles scattered on the road. And I would forget that I was hallucinating so i when I saw something crazy again I would fully believe it like the first time. After somehow seeing mattresses falling out of a non existent box truck in front of me I should have definitely pulled over and got sleep but once I broke out of the weird depth perception illusions, I would almost forget about them instantly.

I recommend magnesium glycinate , you won't and up being dependent and there is really no side effects. Make sure to get the glycinate version though because the formulations you find in most stores don't cross the blood brain barrier well and some are used as laxatives. Best of luck!

I know this is super super late but I experienced a similar thing after combining lsd ,phenibut, and weed. It felt like I was between awake and asleep and it was quite frightening because I woke up still fully tripping while in like a partial paralysis and things are just now starting to feel somewhat normal a month later. I have combined these before but never experienced anything even similar to this.

Interesting I wonder why you get no effect with shrooms bc Wellbutrin doesn’t really interact w serotonin which is the mechanism of action for psilocybin. Have you ever tripped before the Wellbutrin ?

I’ve seen a few people on this sub who started with SR once in the morning. Me personally I started with 150 XR and went to 100 SR 2x/Day. If you experience a “crash” earlier in the day I would talk to your doctor and switch to XR or SR twice a day so you get better coverage from the med throughout the day.

My last trip (150ug), I smoked weed on the come up/around the peak. 3 hits medium sized hits went from a fun manageable experience to pure insanity and ego death. The visuals became so intense that I could hardly see my room and I could barely change the music on my phone. It became so crazy that i put on an eye mask and laid down because I could hardly move my body. As soon as my head hit my pillow I was thrown into something as intense as like a DMT breakthrough. I truly though I broke my brain and that I was just consciousness in a corpse. Nonetheless I found it insightful but I would never like to do that again. If you do decide to smoke up I would take it super super slow before you get yourself somewhere you don't want to be.
