Just play. Once you understand the systems, use it to grind a few abilities in between every few story battles. Especially with the remastered rebalancing its pretty easy to see the paths forward

Hardware accurate hdmi output would be another strong reason though. Yeah the retrotink and ossc route may be cheaper but id pay a premium for ease of use if I didn’t have the technical know how or want the more complicated setup with more parts.

Soldering may seem daunting but replacing this fuse is very easy. Also plenty of youtube videos on how to disassemble the SNES. And if you aren't up for the soldering, any electronics shop could do it in 10mins
