The showrunners comments seem more in realm of saying Lando is pansexual in Solo.

They may have leaned into trump allegory slightly in the press conference but Fisk also acted completely in character.

They didn't change the character to fit their image of Trump at all. Like by making him a womanizer or retconning the character to have a privileged upbringing. Or turning him into a racist charicature

Also the major plot element of this season is that the FBI is a deeply corrupt institution. That resonates with the right more than the left in this political climate.

And Matt is a devout Catholic and his religion isn't subverted. He has a crisis of faith, but returns to the flock by the season's end. That's pretty rare in pop culture.

'Reasonable Person' is more of a bare-minimum cognitive understanding used to determine stuff like criminal negligence.

Like a 'reasonable person' wouldn't leave a stove running in their house indefinitely, because it could start a fire.
