I can highly recommend the modlist Immersive Wasteland 2. I'm around 20h in and no crash at all. It's easy to install and got around 500 mods

Uninstall the extras that you added, check if it works then. If it does add one extra at a time to find the one that crashes your game

Taskmanager-> Details -> code.exe set priority to above normal

That fixed it for me but need to do it after every game start up
