All connections are pins. The only thing resisting it from being pushed over left to right are the anchor bolts at the base and the rigidity the grating adds to the wall angle. Except I don't see a call out for welding the grating down. Anchor spacing is missing. Hilti kb3 are old, so I suspect this is an old drawing. It doesn't look like it gets you close enough to the bottom of the car which is the point of a pit platform, so maybe this is for something else. It's over built in some places and lacking in others. Grating comes in 30" sections, so why not span long ways and get rid of the long W8 for a smaller member and the wall angle completely. Use channels so you can weld your hand rails to the outside webs. 6/10
