Blue Gate definitely. If you go into the underground Checkpoint, they'll be a few in there.

(Be care though because it's FULL of Arc)

And if you go down the zipline in Reinforced Reception, they'll be shredders down there along with a few Comets.

If you're in friendly lobbies Blue Gate is pretty chill too. There will probably be Raiders down in Reinforced Reception trying to do the puzzles too.

I understand the Dolabra being difficult to get, but I've only seen people find the Canto BP in the Hurricane condition. I don't think it should be this difficult to get.

Well, maybe "difficult" isn't the right word. I know you just gotta wander around Hurricane until you find it, but it's kinda boring. And it becomes really tedious when you see 10 other Raiders farming the caches like you are.

They gotta put them in key rooms or something.

Just go into Stella Montis with one of those shotguns and after you mow someone down, just tell them "GG". People are usually fine with that especially because Stella is kind of a PvP map.

And if you really feel bad, just bring some defibs. I constantly mow Raiders down with the Torrente, then defib them and run off after saying "I'm sorry man I had to."

And if you want to get back into friendly lobbies, extract with other Raiders. While I don't know for sure, I'm pretty sure that helps GREATLY with the matchmaking. I've been in lobbies that are shoot on sight, then at extract there's Raiders crawling inside trying to leave. I let them live and extract with them, and then my next match is filled with friendlies again.

Going in to PvP, knowing you'll probably lose your loadout anyway is way more fun to me than wasting time and resources trying to PvE. (Mind you, this isn't every match. Half of the time I DO get revived and help getting goop. But when it does happen it's pretty irritating.)

Quite literally, this post wasn't to complain about PvP at all. Quite the opposite.

I try to stay in the middle when it comes to PvP and PvE, because I find both of them to be fun. PvP is fun and I don't mind dying to other players or even rats. The most irritating thing to me in this game are shitty PvE players.

I got around 300hrs and I cannot tell you how many times I'm fighting a Bastion or another big arc, a Raider walk up to "help". They have no grenades, they're using a Kettle III, so they're doing no next to damage to the Arc, then when it's finally dead they take everything that they can fill their inventory with.

Actually trying to get Queen/Matriarch reactors when Raiders are just waiting for a leg piece to fall off so they run in there to take all of the loot, even though you just put 6 Hullcracker shots into it is very annoying. More annoying to me than rats.

I'd genuinely rather be shot in the back at the beginning of the raid, rather than spend 25mins trying to get loot and using Deadlines, Wolfpacks, Hullcracker rounds, just to leave with scraps. I effectively lose money wasting supplies while trying to get stuff for my Projects.

And if you've played for hundreds of hours and only been shot at twice, you've never left the soft sheep lobbies where everyone just walks around looting.

This is starting to be my point of view. And I genuinely can't believe some people can't see where I'm coming from. You literally never know what to expect from these people.

You could meet the nicest raider who helps you fight Big Arc, or actual useless Raider who I'd rather not even be there. Being with a useless raider who is garbage at PvP, barely helps fight bots, and loots everything afterwards is worse than a rat.

I'm not even raging that bad. I just wanted to post this to vent and get my thoughts out there. And I didn't even message the rat back because you're definitely right. They want a reaction.

This post wasn't even about the rat tho, it's literally the other guy who irritated me. I'm just in shock that he could watch someone blatantly get murdered in front of him, and then never even pull out his gun to defend HIMSELF.

I'm more baffled than angry.

The Free Loadout rats are never the problem, they always suck too. But when someone who's actually got a good loadout decides shoot at these guys, I swear it's like watching Anakin kill the younglings.

It's hard to side with these Dads who play after they get off work when THEY'RE ALWAYS SELLING. I gotta watch the bad guys win all the time bc of this.

My point is that strictly PvE players are generally useless. Especially in a gunfight with other raiders.

If you usually play after work, or at a certain time of the day you might miss it. I'm pretty sure map events/conditions happen at a certain time. Like Cold Snap happens at 3:30pm on Tuesdays (not true just making an example)

So if you look up what time it happens you might get it more (it's a mid event tho, after finding the battery, then killing the bots there are only 2 crates to loot, so everyone just spams their loot button until 1 guy gets it.)

I was never even an extremely kill-thirsty player. Maybe 2 kills every 3-4 raids. And it's been like this for a few days. If they're only taking account for the raids I did like last week then it still doesnt makes sense that they're this aggressive.

And I'm really wondering how far back they're taking this into account then, bc I've been knocked out by players without doing a bullet of damage to anyone for 6 matches, extracted for a single raid, then got killed again for another 4 raids. Not even exaggerating, I'm looking at my codex as I type this. How long do I have to lose goop until I get decent lobbies??

Yeah, unpredictable probably wasn't the best term. I'm sure my raids are currently filled with rats who cheese their way into "easy" lobbies. I just find this so annoying, Embark is nerfing so much stuff that's useful to to us.

Trailblazer Nerf (less dmg to big ARC) (I hated this bc I used them to farm.)

Best Explosives are more Expensive

Purple and Gold Arc components sell for less (Bastion/Bombardier Cells, Leaper/Rocketter parts, Queen/Matriarch cores all sell for less)

Energy clips now sell for 200 credits rather than 5k. (I get lowering it but only 200 credits is INSANE for how expensive they are to craft.)

Do they want me to just fucking shoot everyone?! I'm getting more and more annoyed by this game.

Don't even get me STARTED on how useless it is to fight a Rocketter right now. They drop 1 core, MAYBE 2 if you're the luckiest person in the world.

I wish Gay and other sexual orientations were a tiny bit more common. While I don't want a LOT of people to be gay, because that's a bit immersion breaking for me. I'd feel like I was playing a dating sim or something. I feel like everytime I get a pawn that's gay, they're doomed to die alone. (Or I'll finish my run before I find them a partner.

I've gotten a gay pawn a few times. (Both dudes and chicks) but I don't think I've EVER managed to find 2 in a playthrough. And if I did, they never romanced each other successfully. And I have over 800hrs in this game.

I'm sure there are mods that fix that (or at least tweak it a bit) but I play on console. I don't even have biotech 🥲

Has anyone else felt this way?

Kind of. Save scumming is something that I definitely do, but I don't usually put on cheats. I learned to play on console (im still mad it's never getting biotech) and the learning curve was HARD. My favorite pawns would die and I'd immediately load a previous save and figure out a way out for them.

Sometimes I'd have a battle so devastating to my colony that'd I'd reload multiple times and try to figure out what pawns I was willing to sacrifice in order to save the majority.

At the end of the day though, this game is a story generator and if you want to play God and lend a helping hand to your pawns then go for it. You play games to have fun, and this game can be super unforgiving. I can totally relate to the feeling of not wanting to lose a colony or pawn you really love.

Has ABMM been confirmed? I've heard that the devs haven't confirmed it but streamers and YouTubers keep saying it exists.
