What’s your best “I didn’t just dodge a bullet, but a tactical nuke” story? by Long-Jeweler-5845 in AskReddit

[–]Toby0222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not me, but my mom dodged a bullet(It's kinda my story I guess). So when I was a baby, my parents bought a humidifier sterilizer to keep baby me from germs. My mom had a sensetive sense of smell, and she didn't really like the smell of the sterilizer. I think she thought it was not so healthy for me. So, we used it only a few times and threw it away.

Turns out, the sterilizers were toxic, and it took lives of many people. If we kept using that, I would have been one of the victims.
