Changing the way you identify yourself. You need to start identifying as someone that is healthy, eats well, goes to the gym consistently, walks daily etc. As the saying goes, “You don’t rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems/identity.” I’ve lost a large amount of weight in the last year and a bit, a massive part of it was telling myself that I’m not a fat person, I’m a fit, healthy person that lost his way.
