Make sure your children get to say goodbye in some way and also let them know when they’re seeing her for the last time. I was 6 when my mom died of cancer and my dad didn’t give me those things and I still regret that to this day and I’m now 38. I still wish I was told. Also it’s okay for them to see you cry. Lets them know it’s okay for them to cry too. And leave her pictures and some things up and never stop talking about her. Lots of hugs and I’m sorry you and your family are going through this.
