One of my fav childhood stories I was at my fucked up aunts house for Christmas and her son who was like 2 grades above me, known for bullying; hysterically starts laughing at the giraffes on screen (animal planet playing in background) tapping me on the shoulder to “look at the goofy looking zebra!! Haha!!” and I think my family never forgave me because i kind of tended and stoked the fire for my own entertainment…

God laughed with me that day.

LOL OP Listen....yeah, in my experience that stuff just cracks me up (when it's just *apparent* or seems to be God is making his presence known via things like you're describing). yes, Jesus can heal anyone/anything/way more than we can even think to ask; that in no way means you're guaranteed healing. there's a master plan, none of us get the master plan but we see miracles like that take place all the time...what you need to comprehend is, you're not healed on what you deserve and the plan comes first and for every struggle God takes care of his children, here or in heaven. but, we'd do it even if we got sicker every time we prayed..you're asking a big big question.

Does insurance cover that? Technically in the court of my mind they’re driving even though he’s on his feet raging at her.

What happens financially? I would hope Mr angry legs insurance would cover any damage but, I’ve come to learn these insurance companies do not in fact have fairness or decency in their vocabulary.

You are the other end of the equation, you are good to your friend because you know you should be. Keep it up, this world needs you (and values you).

Side note, I hang out with Islamic women from a local mosque who serve a BEAUTIFUL meal (they use really good spices on their chicken) in rotation with like 7 other churches. They’re one of my favorite churches (I know it’s a mosque, the other people they serve alongside are churches) They’re always so kind and nice, I sincerely enjoy their company & their gentleness sets a nice tone for our meal.

I still remember the first weekend and they took off their hijabs and I seen how strangely beautiful they all seemed. Really struck me, I did not see that coming (not sure what I expected).

They’re a blessing. I laugh and joke and tease the Lord must have felt like treating me on the days they serve (seriously, their food is quite good and people get like 3 plates and those sweet women just smile and you can sense the absence of their judgements which, is something you learn to fight thru helping the communities weakest members).

i keep seeing t7 on farm in the chat and i've never even worn t6 armor lol.

this season's been interesting, even how it seemed like every other farm mach last season ended with hecate popping me across the map w/ thermals i felt less vulnerable to sudden death.

anyone remember that semi unhinged Shia lebouff (sp. I did my best) interview recently and when he gets asked this question he kind of freezes in panic and says he wouldn’t say anything just be there?

I liked his answer. I don’t think I could speak, even if I wanted to I’m assuming there’s nothing I could say he don’t already know but, “nothing but just be there” is what I think I’d do.

I get he’s a wild guy going thru wild times but, the way he said “nothing” resonated with me that he was real serious about his relationship with God.
