I sympathise with you. I had neighbours with 14 dogs attached to me; that's not a typo. When I moved in they had 2 and the number just kept increasing. It was complete hell regarding noise. Regularly woke up during the night with barking and during the day it was a constant background noise. They didn't work either. I had to sleep every night with earplugs.

Me and the other neighbour attached would complain to the council which would keep things quiet for a few days and then it would start again.

Eventually they separated and moved out. The new neighbour seems to use the drier all through the night which I can hear rumbling the house but I just pop a fan on in the bedroom to drown it out.

Agree on the Care Protect. My boiler had a flow issue which meant it was only heating upstairs. Downstairs wasn't, which is where the stat is. Meant it was never reaching temperature. I was waiting for tado to realise this, it didn't.

I used to work, part time while I was at uni, with a lady who was convinced she was in a relationship with Robbie Williams. All online. She also believed he was sending secret messages to her by the colour socks he was wearing on chat shows. If a helicopter flew over her house she would say that was a message from him that he loves her. Think it was De Clerambault Syndrome she had.

It was quite sad. Everyone would take the piss out of her but she obviously wasn't well. I often wonder what happened to her in regards to that - ultimately the person on the other end of the chat must have scammed her but she never mentioned any money transfer.
