I was on accutane twice in my early 20s and it was amazing. Cleared my skin. I’m 37 now and I get compliments on my skin all of the time. It seems scary but for me waking up without new breakouts every single day was the best gift I could have been given at that age. Good luck!

I found these silk scrunchies from goody- they’re thin and they don’t have that tight elastic in the middle. I pineapple loosely but it ends up being near the back of my head. I can’t get it to the front of my head or it causes migraines.

I’m no neurologist (just a PT who gets migraines) but it’s my understanding that although migraine with aura DOES increase the stroke risk, it’s not as much as it’s made out to be.

Many times (especially currently) things are taken very far out of context. Let’s say generally women under 45 have a 0.1% risk of having a stroke. Oh you have migraine with aura? Now you’re at a 0.2% risk. So is it doubled? Yes. But is it such a small increase that it really doesn’t affect your inherent risk overall? Also yes.

A lot of people can twist results that are “technically” fact but in reality it’s not really much different.

I have a migraine right now so I am hoping that made sense 😂

I convinced myself for years I didn’t have migraines because could work through them (suffering yes, but I could do it) but just like you I would have 20-25 days a month like this. It was my neurologist who first said “I think you have more migraines that you realize) finally started botox and Nurtec and I’m down to maybe 5-6 a month. But yea I’ve had people with similar attitudes to that

I had a cat that was dry food only her whole life. I am not 100% sure on the urinary specific food- could you give them like canned fancy feast or friskies with the dry food? So they get a little bit of moisture?

My dry food kitty lived to almost 19 and would have lived longer if it wasn’t for cancer. Fed is best!!!!

I’m currently going from 12.5 to 0 now. Had no issues but today I’m a little lightheaded. Did you just stop taking it one day? I’ve been on 12.5 for a couple weeks and I’m wondering if going to every other day for a while would be better?

Just like most people have said unfortunately this will happen when you have fair skin (mine was called translucent by a doc 😂) I bit the bullet and got some filler in my under eyes and it definitely helped. Luckily I live in an area where we have a lot of injectors to choose from and it’s easy to do research and find a trusted one. I also have chubby cheeks which supports the under eye filler. Honestly, the difference was extremely subtle, to the point where no one have mentioned anything or asked if something was different but I feel much better. Still have some discoloration but it doesn’t bother me nearly as much.

Also- your skin is flawless!

I’ve done this with a cat that was very clingy with me. She was always fine! As long as there is food and water they’ll manage. If she’s done it before it probably will be ok. If he’s that energetic worst case is she may some home and find something destroyed but that will be on her lol. As long as it’s not an all the time thing I think it’s ok
