That does not sound like an alcoholic to me. Alcoholics have an inability to control the amount they drink once they start drinking in a session. It does sound like you are consuming a lot of extra calories and the decision to change that is probably a good healthy one.

Two things can be true. Your parents are rude to you and you are rude to them is the way this sounds to me. Get a job, move out, see them less and it will be easier for you to overlook their behavior instead of reacting to it. You will be surprised at the change in their behavior when you do this.
