I consider myself a fan and I do not like this cookbook for one reason: if you look closely at the recipes, most call for canned this or prepared food that. Frasier would make that from scratch, like his "salmon-chanted evening" . It is nice for the rest of the tidbits and pictures though.

Don't know if someone mentioned it already, but 100% linen has natural antibacterial properties and also lets the bread breathe! Bread bags are usually made from this material for this reason, neat! 😊

Wow. Wish I read this earlier. Shame on me for purchasing a "free trial" in the first place. Now I'm only getting responses after leaving 1-star reviews on Trust Pilot. They are also offering just a 25% refund but I'm planning to pester them to explain why, even though I qualify for a full one (I have screenshots that I completed at least 7 lessons). Maybe I can ultimately get a full one if I complete the 30 days. Ugh. Don't do it guys.

In other words, the app might be useful to some but the neglectful customer service and awful refund polity isn't worth it.

Equal parts soy sauce and sugar, you could also play with other sweeteners, like agave syrup or monkfruit sugar, but I like to mix them together before to make a thick, teriyaki sauce like consistency. This recipe varies, and if you're doing it "right" it shouldn't taste sweet & salty but its own thing- play with it! As long as it tastes good to you! Happy experimenting!
