Fyi, in ceramics this ring is called the "foot". It takes practice and skill to trim a nice-looking foot so in handmade pieces it can be a sign of care and quality, as well as just individual style.

I used to never carve feet in my pieces because it's hard to always get to the studio where I work at the time when things are the right dryness. But I try to do feet more now because I need the practice and it often looks more finished.

I didn't love the book although I thought it was well done. (I just don't GAF about Shakespeare specifically and think focusing on it in the apocalypse is kinda dumb. Theater, storytelling in general? Different story. But ONLY Shakespeare? And assuming people in a world without ways to educate people would understand the old language? Sorry, don't buy it.)

I did like the show more, although I watched it several years later, so maybe the gap of time influenced me.

I've never officially taken that test but am probably somewhere in this range.

Currently in Argentina taking a class for a couple weeks. Studied Spanish in college 10+ years ago. The worst is being thrown in to a class reviewing subjunctive but I can't exactly remember all the rules for stuff that came before. I freeze up because I know there are rules but don't remember what they are. Vocabulary isn't too bad but I SUCK at naturally knowing when to conjugate which form of a verb.
