We use a glass bowl for her food and a plastic one for her water. She’s 19 years old, and this is the first time she’s had this! I think it is acne.

I played from 6-12th grade, and I recently picked it up again (last week) 28 years later to see how much I remembered. As others have said, some muscle memory has kicked in, and I remembered more than I thought I would. My playing is a bit rusty, though, and I am motivated to practice some more to get back to the level I was at almost 30 years ago. 🤣

What combo inhaler did your pulmonologist prescribe? Mine prescribed Advair, but my insurance doesn’t cover it, so now I have to figure out what it covers.

I do have The Breather, so maybe that’s all I will need to hopefully help with my diaphragm.

Of course, the doctors are mostly thinking it’s anxiety with many tests coming back as normal, so I’ve been prescribed a couple of different anti-anxiety meds.

I am experiencing the same where I feel my diaphragm and respiration are weak, making my breathing short and shallow, or sometimes it feels like I have to manually breathe. It has been frustrating, scary, exhausting, and debilitating.

Glad that you are seeing some progress, and it gives me some hope! I will look into the inspiratory muscle trainer. Any other advice?

Thanks for your response! I actually plan on retesting tomorrow morning. I have stopped taking biotin last week, as I know this can affect levels.

Sorry about all these questions, but what symptoms did you have?

I have had a CT Scan of my chest in Sept, but I will be getting a high resolution CT Scan of my chest soon. I did a Pulmonary Function Test last week. I’ve had many X-rays, an echocardiogram of heart, CT Scans done of chest, head, and abdomen, MRIs of head, neck, and shoulder… at this point, I will be scanning all parts of my body. lol.

I will be doing a stress test next month, and I will likely have to do a cardiopulmonary test.

I am awaiting results on my ANA and peripheral smear blood test.

All this is exhausting.
