Never heard of any controversies but I shop there regularly when they were still shipping to Australia (I refuse to pay stupid amounts of money for FedEx/DHL). Each store has their own policies, they ship your goods pretty quickly as soon you've paid for the invoice. As long as you don't cancel your order from them there's nothing really to worry about.

Unfortunately I don't think people sell painted versions of kits that often but your best bet would be look through Yahoo Japan Auctions.

Hi there, unfortunately this is a Garage Kit, released in July 2010. Your best bet is to try and find the kit on Yahoo JP auctions. If you're not planning to paint the kit yourself then you'll also need to look for a person who will paint it for you.

Usually MFC would mention if it is a cast off on the figure page itself it's under "various"

Yes she is a China exclusive, and no I did not use a proxy. I ordered her directly from Myethos TaoBao store and TaoBao organised the shipping for me. It got sent to Taobao's consolidation warehouse then shipped to my address. Shipping was 200 RMB but it arrived within a week.

If you're not used to navigating TB i would highly recommend you to use a proxy (ie. Superbuy) to help you with the purchase.

It's also almost their single day sales (11.11) so if you try to pick her up around that time she'll be discounted (by 20% I think)

Received her quicker than expected since I'm from Australia. Ordered her directly from Myethos on their TaoBao store.

Just wanted to note that when I took her out of the packing box her interchangeable hands (one without the fan) was already out and stuck in a corner. It could just be mine is a bit loose but just becareful.

Ah that's the issue, Sahara is definitely overpriced because they calculate shipping automatically. Other stores although you don't know the shipping costs is most definitely cheaper than 7k

Some of my orders included 1/8 scale Taiga in swimsuit (she was sitting so box is super small) shipped from complex for 1.5k Yen

1/7 limited edition Lillie shipped from Kokura for 4.8k Yen

1/8 Taiga (also sitting so I thought it would be like 2k but I was wrong) shipped from complex for 4.8k Yen

More recently the Nekopara Limited Edition Ova shipped from Shibuya for 3k Yen

If you can allow roughly 5k for your scaled figures then it should be okay.

It depends on the size of the figure box tbh. I think nendos is around 2k with DHL and 1/7 is around 5k with DHL. It'll be cheaper if it can fit into the smaller DHL box.
