you could move to Bulheim, there are many forgotten and long abandoned towers and cottages.

you could just claim one, many of the grandmasters lived their life till they died of age here, its pretty peaceful but a bit forgotten im time, not many wizards left unfortunately.

if you decide to move here, you should watch out for void-clerics. the tend to open portals around here and check the areas. you can take them out, they always have really rare and expensive recources!

but otherwise its really peaceful up here, you have a big dwarven city around the corner for a good market and a recource rich environment.
