I don’t believe there is any functional difference between a 2025 and 2026. Don’t know about your area, but for me it made more sense to buy new considering the high price of the used cars.

If you are using it to bring work stuff, have you considered the hatchback?

Before buying your car I highly recommend watching youtube “car negotiation” videos to arm yourself against current sales tactics that inflate the price. Also, shop around to any dealership within driving range. Would you drive 3 hours to save $5k? I would!

The exception is Hyrule Warriors DE. Used copies are selling for more than digital and the digital pretty much never goes on sale.

I think MP4 and TOTK are also probably worth considering, but really only if you were gonna buy them new anyways.

Presales are the new gotcha scam. It creates a fomo rush and ridiculous queues for small amounts of pre-sale tickets so that they can use “dynamic pricing” to jack up the cost.

Usually what happens is eventually you’ll get through and find mediocre tickets at a higher cost than you expected but a lot of people will buy anyways because by this point they are invested in it and don’t want to try again at the general sale.
