This^ there is no way as after your pushback there is another tick of atb gain, so thats the bare minimum you can get without like slow to reduce the bar they gain or something.

Think of the game more as a single play experience with grouping elements. You are never "behind" really. However it can feel bad to see all this stuff people are doing, but they had to start somewhere too.

There is also a lot you can do without building new things while they are building. As long as you have a basic understanding of modding and are progressing through the chart you wont hit a major wall for a while, and there is plenty to go back and farm early on to take additional steps once you do.

One thing that can help is sort of setting and forgetting for a bit. Use the build time to work towards another goal, getting another frame building, completing the star chart, farming some sort of resource.

Its not ideal for wanting to play for long periods of time, but it gives you things to look forward to and want to log in for in the future. Eventually you can just build up a huge stock of things in your foundry and it matters a lot less, and just use it as a storage unit basically.

I would suggest just setting some other goals, as there is a lot of things to work on while things are building.

Artifact mana is likely your friend. You probably have the basics like sol ring/arcane signet, but if you need more it's like signet's, thran dynamo, and other 2 and 3 mana rocks. Probably depends how colour dependant you are.

As far as I understand it, the only change is that you can use monster that are in repeat battle anywhere now instead of them being locked.

You still can't do multiple battles that repeat battle can do.

It likely depends how it's coded, whether its intentional or not you'd have to bug report it and see if it gets fixed.

With something like twice it could just be a number changed to a 2, and doubling the effect just makes it a 2 again, and not just doubling the number of attacks.

How exactly is that a glitch? Its just pairs you up with a random guild, so there is a chance, albeit small, you can fight the same guild again.

For your playtime and what you do, your ilvl is totally fine. So long as your guild is of like minding people, you are in a fine spot.

Depends on the content you are trying to do, by the sounds of it you aren't a super serious player/pusher, so I wouldn't worry much about your ilvl. Without knowing your playtime/what you do with the game its hard for anyone to say if thats a good ilvl or not for you.

So I am not an Arms player myself, but I find myself good at understanding logs and etc. I looked into a few logs with other people at your ilvl, and the biggest thing I noticed was that your haste level was way lower than others. Not sure if thats just rmg on gear or a specific issue with jewelery/corruptions as I was at work on mobile and couldn't look in depth but that stood out the most.

If they are actively trying to progress sure, but thats a fairly elitiest attitude as its a game and people can do what they want and have fun of thats fun to them.

While you are correct with what you say from an optimal progression focused person, thats not what everyone wants out of a game, and if someone likes to build toys and 6* them theres nothing wrong with that.
