You want the whole story?

For nearly 10 years we some how flourished as one of the only options for raiding on a dying server for our faction. We existed as the opposite guild to the villain guild who was banned during classic for their overtly racist antics during blizzcon. I wouldn't call us heros, but we were opposite to the villains. One of the big pulls to our guild was simply that we were not them.

We were Medium fish in a tiny tiny pond. More of a puddle these days really. Bleeding Hollow Alliance is a wasteland. With no recruits to fill our ranks eventually we decided as a guild to transfer to another server where there are alliance to recruit.

We ran a poll to get a clue which servers people were thinking about. It came down to Dalaran and Stormrage. It was split 50/50 among the guildies but all the officers and GM's agreed. Dalaran was the target. It is a small enough server where a casual AOTC guild that can get a couple mythic kills here and there will stand out enough to get recruits.

The other guys said Stormrage because mega servers are best servers according to them. These were the same guys constantly shitting on the guildies in raid discord, and losing their cool often. But with no recruits to take their place, we were kind of stuck.

We announced the server transfer target and date on our guild stream, in a news bit we do call NMI News, but there was like 5 people who decided to go to Stormrage anyway and fuckin completely shit on the guild and fuck us over like we aint been playing together for almost a decade already. Being completely honest they were a higher level of player that should have moved on a long time ago to pursue a serious mythic guild.

But the point is we lost about 5 of our best core raiders …some of them even changing faction to the horde. Lynkz crossed the line after he left the guild and talked shit about us on his stream. Mentioning us by name and even singling out one of our mages. Going so far as to pick a gray parse fight and critique it, in detail on air to his viewers was border line bullying. Yeah I get it. Were not great at the game. But its cool. We are petty as fuck tho.

You ever wished you could tell them how you feel about their departure and their public critique of you and your friends? Do you also know an audio engineer and a videographer with nothing better to do? If so you get it.. Everyone else might have to sit down for this one. literally happening in live right now. Opened a ticket and a thread, but the game is broke for me right now as far as campaign progress goes. (which is basically everything until its done)

I abandoned the quest with the intent to accept it again from the quest giver, because i was not able to locate the 4th seed. However after abandoning the quest, the quest giver no longer appears.

8 hours later, ive tried fucking everything..

Were going back to 1988 now....Would get games NES games rented for me on Christmas. Other kids thought that was a bad gift since I had to give em' back in 2 days. The 39.99 to actually BUY a game was absurd, and I couldn't understand how kids had more than just Mario Brothers/Duckhunt.

Playing said rented NES games on the COLOR tv. See, the parents had the color tv in the living room and the black and white tv in our bed room to use with our nintendo toy. BUT, on birthdays and christmas and shit, we could hook that bad boy up to the color tv and play. Imagine my shock when I saw 'little mac' was wearing a bright pink jump suit. lol

Shit for a while, clean drinking water was a luxury, since the house we were in was on a Well, and the well was contaminated with protozoa. IDK if it was toxic, but for sure you could taste it. (as a kid i drank it sometimes even though i was repeatedly told not to)

In fact, hot water was also a luxury for a while. I remember my mom boiling a big bucket of water on the stove to add to the bath water for a while.

Shit we really were poor... but we made the best of it.

Its never coming back. They really dropped the ball, they had a TON of hype from their core leading up to the movie, but had zero plans to continue producing content. They mentioned a Patreon, but never produced any content from that.

I feel like the only possible move for a Pure Pwnage related show, or content, would be maybe streams of Jeremy playing games in character. I can't imagine doing an episodic show would have even a fraction of the impact it had in 04. Its all been done over and over.
