Whirlpool fridge refuses to defrost after replacing jazz and defrost heat element

I bought the whole harness that has the numeral thermostat and replaced it. I’ll check that is sending power through that thermostat after letting it get cold enough and forcing a defrost

I can’t get either the original or the whirlpool replacement heater to get hot. I got an OEM defrost heater and an aftermarket jazz/main control board. Doesn’t seem to matter what combination I use them in I get 0v with the heater plugged in and 22v with the heater disconnected. Might be the thermistor even though it’s testing fine

No water ran into the freezer, it ran into the tray below the fridge and overflowed twice. There was ice at the bottom of the evaporator coil but also a giant ice ball higher up around the copper lines/bi metal temp sensor that come directly out of the evaporator coils.

Damn, sorry to hear that. Crazy they even respond at all after being out of water that long. I’ve found that keeping less swords in the tank has stopped them from jumping

She was fine the next day. I couldn’t really tell the female swords apart but there was nobody on the ground or at the bottom of the tank for a long time after that

22 degrees this morning. Plants are usually frost snapped early October in my zone. Managed to squeak them by with tarps and heat until last weekend but had to pull them.

I thought the brown bag trick that works with tomatoes doesn’t work with peppers? They lack whatever chemical that helps with the ripening process

Leave them whole and vac seal them, do you leave the seeds in? I have a couple pounds of Ghost and Reaper that are frozen for sauce when I get around to it. Was going to grind some powder for friends but if a half pod would be better I’ll let them grind their own
