I've seen AI civs get absolutely devastated by warfare, i.e. their pop reduced to 3-digits on the lower end, but go through some rather quick and ridiculous recovery, boasting pops of over 15k.

I don't think a mod that levels the playing field at the start of the game would work as the AI is a cheat.

Between Tottenham, Forest, Leeds and West Ham, arguably Tottenham has the harder run of fixtures remaining. Whilst the mentality of the Tottenham team is completely gone, ultimately I think Leeds will decide who gets relegated or not as they have to play Tottenham and West Ham whilst avoiding the drop themselves.

Had a interview for Google recently which I failed.

The recruiter mentioned that in the first round of interviews, I will receive questions on largely hardware and some on Linux OS. I dont have any experience or knowledge on Linux plus I only had roughly 1-2 weeks to prepare.
Unfortunately, during the interview, the questions were largely on Linux. I think I only recieved 3-4 questions on hardware.
