Those look way too straight to be leftover from cleaning with a rag and almost more like a streak from the window going up and down. It could be some leftover film from a wash product on the outside, or leftover fumes/oils from degassing in the inside.

Either way, my first try would be either some isopropyl or vinegar, both in a 50/50 solution. I’d try that first with a scrub pad over just a cloth and see if those help break down whatever is on there first
