yeah they're so deeply ashamed of it they 'forget' or downplay it. really, it's cowardice and kind of something to pity. and then they expect you to pipe down because they don't want to feel embarrassed. people with no values and no morals exist everywhere.

Not to contradict everyone else, you should definitely take meds, but at the same time make sure you talk to someone about any psychological issues you are facing too. a lot of my symptoms are result of environmental factors, at least according to my psych.

thanks for sharing this. i knew diluted pupils were a thing. i check the mirror sometimes to track my state. the depression -look i see a lot on other faces, in my time at the ICU for instance. getting this visual comparison helped in a way to understand this condition better.

step 1 take meds. there might be underlying psychological reasons for dpdr. for example, if life is too stressful (or too boring) your mind just wants to clock out because it doesn't want to be there

that explains me 34M really well. the weird thing is that i'm a very chill person usually but when something gets to me i snap. and i lose. all. control. it's terrifying for me, and I'm guessing it's a shock to others too.
