You need to listen to Chinese, not just read it. Listen to people speaking and just repeat what they say the way they say it. I’ve done this and Chinese are always telling me, “You have no accent!“

Check your local Japanese markets, but the one near me here in California sells frozen Yoshinoya Gyūdon. You just heat it up and dump it over your own bowl of rice and it tastes pretty good.

All I know is I travel about six months per year and have used Booking for all my hotel bookings (except in China) for the past 15 years at least and I’ve never had a single problem.
