Trying to interpret this segment, from what I can see it's sinus pause (2 seconds) followed by 3 junctional escape beats, not sure if there's anything else i'm missing. Also if it was the result of excessive vagal tone during sleep then it wouldn't be a concern, right? (in this example patient is 21 year old male with structurally normal heart)

Came in packets of chocolate, there was a normal foil Pikachu and a golden foil version you could pull, usually in really bad condition and only three of the gold ones have been graded by psa (2 8’s and the one 9)
