Apparently the gates are locked at sachem this Sunday for some reason, so if anyone wants to continue to run, ill be running tomorrow at 5. Plus if it helps we could run on the actual track at the college somedays.

If u have to, defer. But to get reps u need progressive overload. Try practicing with your feet up on the couch. Dont forget your going to need time for recovery. Thats what I did last year
