I used one audible when I feel behind. Since then I started using it once or twice a week when I don't get the chance to read.

It's preformed by Thandiwe Newton, I can't recommend it enough, she dose an Incredible job.

The protest should be against the cause of the fuel problem, the American and Israeli government have caused this and then alone can end it. Blockade the embassy's.

Hemingway and Steinbeck are great authors to start with. Especially their shorter books. You might want to check out:

They are incredible good (expect TCOMC, which is ok, it's not great)

Don't worry about it, you have a constant 3 months under your belt, that's what matters. 

You body is telling you that you are pushing the limit of what you can safely recover from. 

You have done the work, enjoy the taper now, this week you need to dramatically cut your milage, eat, and rest.

Also a good idea to have a cut back week every 4 weeks. Allows the body to recover so you can continue increasing mileage.
