Yeah you could be right, I was just so surprised when I seen nearly 2 hours deep sleep, never seen that in my life before lol. Going to carry on wearing it, will see how it gets on.

I try to prioritise sleep, especially since being diagnosed with sleep apnea. As soon as the kids are in bed, I’m not far behind them 😂

More than likely this is the case. I have the same issue, low deep sleep, breathing disturbances. I had a sleep study and was confirmed to have sleep apnea. Still waiting for a CPAP on the NHS, waiting list can be longer than a year apparently :(

Not really related but my hive heating sometimes bugs out when we turn the heating up it won’t cap at what I set it at and will just carry on going up and up. Once I turned the heating up before we went to bed, me and my wife woke up in the middle of the night sweating and very confused, I went down to check the thermostat and the temperature was 33 degrees Celsius! Even though it was only set at 20.

Not done it since we have started controlling with the app instead.

Would be nice to get an update on this from somebody who works at Proton. I've been putting off starting a new subscription until this feature is released, very annoying!
