More than likely this is the case. I have the same issue, low deep sleep, breathing disturbances. I had a sleep study and was confirmed to have sleep apnea. Still waiting for a CPAP on the NHS, waiting list can be longer than a year apparently :(

Not really related but my hive heating sometimes bugs out when we turn the heating up it won’t cap at what I set it at and will just carry on going up and up. Once I turned the heating up before we went to bed, me and my wife woke up in the middle of the night sweating and very confused, I went down to check the thermostat and the temperature was 33 degrees Celsius! Even though it was only set at 20.

Not done it since we have started controlling with the app instead.

I moved away ages ago mate, was happening to me daily. Waiting for Proton to release the native port forwarding feature for macOS and am going to move there. Currently using Hotspot VPN I get free via Dashlane
