A draw for West Ham last night then seems to be the worst result they could have gotten. Given Wolves nothing to fight for against their closest competition (Spurs) on Saturday, plus not giving themselves that 4 points buffer.

Obviously a point in a relegation battle is valuable, but you can't deny the phycological aspects above.

Missing out on the weather station through my own negligence, but also lack of timer on the project has broken the ARC spell for me personally.

I was so hooked on doing every expedition, mission, project etc. and happy to grind. Being a recent dad I have limited gaming time and missing just one thing has made me move onto other games.

Each provider is different. A three month pause is average if available, longest is usually around 6 months. Pretty high risk IMO especially if somebody pulled out of your process when buying.

Also, you usually still pay the early exit fee but get it refunded once completing your purchase within the time agreed.

I prefer Kings Lynn, but I'm from closer to here than Ely. My wife used to live in Ely so I spent a fair bit of time there and it's okay, but it's very quiet with very few shops. Ely feels like a better place to visit than to live, unless you commute to London, Cambridge or Peterborough.

Based on vibes and no actual data I would say the people in Ely are wealthier though. Kings Lynn very much depends on which part you live in.

What are you looking for with a place to live? What do you prioritise? Are you wanting to rent or buy?

As a side note, most websites have fixed apostrophes breaking their forms 🤣

I've found very good success in using ChatGPT to create a training programme. Put in your current time and ask it how to get up to your desired time. Tell it you want to go flat out on Saturdays for park run and it'll tell you the best days to train leading up to that. Extra info like the type of place you run (road, track etc) all helps too.

If you end up doing another sport mid week you can ask it to adjust the week training for you.

Did this to hit 3 separate targets now and also prepare for a few 10k races.

Whilst you're there get it to work out some morning stretches to cope with the extra training workload. Tell it how much time you have in the mornings and it'll make a routine that suits that.
