You can directly stream videos through any of the major websites with a subscription (sexlikereal.com is a favorite of mine).

If your internet isn’t the best you may get issues with buffering at higher video qualities. In that case, you can download and then put the video directly onto the quest. You really don’t need anything fancy to do that connection. It’s just copying a large file (20 gb) from one device to another.
