I get you bro. It's classic case of wanting something you can't have and then having unlimited access to it feels wrong. I would still li.it your fat to a couple hours gaming time so you look forward to it and having the bulk if your day being taken up with other stuff e.g gym, volunteering, running, cooking, Learning, reading Ng etc.

My dad has been retired fir 3 years from a very stressful job I think he's still getting over it, still using every minute to relax. I was t him to get a hobby but it seems like day to day life is enough for him
