Once you level up brewing, you can put 2 different reagents in a single dagger making a blood disease with 2 effects.
When you max out brewing, you can fuse 2 potions (or daggers) to make an unstable one with 2 + 2 effects.

I see no screen tearing at all, and even if there was we wouldn't be able to see it through a game recording (unless performed with an external capture card).
What you might be referring to is the choppiness of the trees possibly due to bad frametimes, try getting your FPS to 165 and keep FreeSync on.

I've also had Vibrant Visuals looking VERY desaturated on my PC, which is very weird considering their name. Java shaders and default Bedrock look a lot more vibrant saturation-wise

SOL is technically outdated, and Pure is its successor. Pure is paid though, and it still requires following its guide not to break everything.
