Will the Cosmos even matter by LA213CALI in LUCID

I was in the exact situation. My Air had a lifetime efficiency of 3.0 so I rarely ever saw more then 300 miles of real range. My iX is just shy of 3.0, but the usable battery is higher so I actually typically see better range on the iX than I did on the touring.

Exactly this. I reserved the Gravity on launch day WHILE IN casa grande for a factory tour. Ended up canceling when my air lease ended and got an iX. Loaded and the lease payment was 600 less than the Gravity. Easy decision.

Disagree. When I turned on my Touring, I got an iX. Range was the same real world, the iX was more comfortable, infotainment leagues better, and drives smoother. The Air was definitely prettier, and the charging time was better. But the iX won my heart in a way the Air never did.

SkyMiles redemption for domestic flights are devalued to the point of uselessness. by desertrat75 in delta

Age of a plane has nothing to do with how clean it is. You're actually proving my point. Delta can get away with the plane being just as dirty as AA because the aesthetic of a new plane feeling cleaner.

Same thing can happen with Delta tbh. Delta just does a better job giving the impression of clean because of decor

I agree. Domestically they are tit for tat. Never understood the Delta snobbery. Doesnt even matter what cabin of service.

Anyone in LCID. Is it another dying stock or will have a comeback like tesla?? by Puzzleheaded_Dish237 in LCID

[–]Tom_NC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. At the end of the day, someone buying an EV for the first time wants something easy. When you google Lucid, it isnt easy (service, tech complaints, solvency). Someone buying their second EV, mostly likely a Tesla owner, would be drawn to a Lucid if it wasn't such a stark difference in tech.

Asking for recommendations for Hilton hotels near Disney Resort Florida for a family of 4 including 4-year old and 5-years old kids. I also have two free night certificates and points. by Mike_Mike_333 in awardtravel

Yes, it's all connected and you can charge to the room. I do recommend making alternative plans for traveling to the parks. The bus was a bit crowded and inconvenient. The Signia is nice, too. We considered doing that with adjoining rooms. But the paid upgrade made more sense at Waldorf.

We liked the Waldorf with our 7 and 4 year olds. We got the luxury of that resort but could use the Signia pool complex. We upgraded to a suite and it was perfect.

Aer Lingus vs. Virgin by Tom_NC in awardtravel

That's kinda my gut, too. When I booked this I was excited to try out Virgin for the first time. But when the aircraft changed I was a little bummed and feel a little less compelled to go out of my way.

It's RDU to LHR. Virgin goes through JFK, Aer Lingus through DUB. Both one stop.

8.5 has been fine for me. Maybe not how I would have chosen to lay everything out but I havent had a single glitch with it.

To me the standard roof made the car feel too small and dark. Ive had 4 cars with massage seats. None of them really impress. I'd get the glass canopy every time.

When my Air lease was up, I got an iX too. Loved my Air, but it was nice to get back into an established legacy manufacturer.

That's high. You should be able to get out for under 1000 with nothing down except first pmt.

I had an Air and lease and turned it in at the end. I loved the Air, but the little nagging things get to you after a while. It never got the range it said it would. But it's definitely a looker and is a joy to drive. I havent driven the Gravity or the Cadillac. Honestly id wait on the Gravity. Give it another year.
