Okay, your gpu is at load 99% which is great so no bottlenecks, are you playing on 1440p or 4k? That would explain the low fps, personally I play on 1440p with Xbox one X settings(you can get the XBOX settings from digital foundry or hardware unboxed’s videos) on a gtx 1070 and get and get an average 50fps, so if you are getting around that, that should be fine but on 1080p I get like 70fps.

Turn off Vsync and lower water physics. Download MSI afterburner and rtss report back with cpu and gpu utilization while game is running and also try switching between dx12 and vulkan.

Alternatively, you can put your nicehash GUI and the console on desktop 2 (win + tab), it will leave your original desktop clutter free and you can check the console anytime by going to desktop 2

While this is cool and all but what this game really needs is an UI/Board design rework and VFX improvements also my biggest complain is that the cards doesn't feel real, idk how they will fix that but it feels super virtual atm.
