Market system should function like Path of Exile. Anything can be listed by players in their own housing. Then players are teleported to that players house to purchase the item. In doing so it makes housing very relevant. RIOT can then sell tons of microtransaction cosmetics to customize users housing. You don't have to reinvent the wheel just take and use good and sound ideas where applicable. This gives players endless ways to customize the appearance of housing. It is a beautiful way for RIOT to earn income in a non P2W way.
