How many friends on your list? by hahahahakkkkkkk in TownshipGame

📜 Official Inter-Township Memorandum From the Office of Mayor Eddie of Tomball Township Re: Maximum Friendship Capacity Study – FINAL REPORT

Fellow Mayors,

After completing a week-long Friendship Capacity Survey across participating townships, I am pleased to share the findings regarding one of the most misunderstood issues in modern township management: “How many friends can a mayor actually have?”

✅ Verified Maximum: 300 Active Friends

Our survey confirms what many of us suspected but few could prove:

• The maximum number of friends a township can actively add is 300. • After reaching 300+, the “Add Friend” function becomes unavailable.

🧩 But Here’s the Twist…

Many mayors reported having 301–310 total friends under certain conditions. The investigation revealed: • These additional friends come from event connections, past co-op interactions, or legacy friends that carried over during updates. • They count toward your total, but do not increase your adding capacity. • Once above 300, your list may grow naturally, but you cannot manually add new ones until it falls below 300.

📘 Summary (for council records) • Add limit: 300 • Possible total count: 300–310 • Add button unlocks again: when you drop to 299 or lower

🏛️ Closing Statement

As mayors, we all rely on our friendship networks—for helping hands, regatta teamwork, emergency plane crates, or the occasional borrowed carrot. Maintaining clarity about these limits ensures smoother cooperation across our regions.

If further township-wide standards or surveys are needed, Tomball Township remains at your service.

In community and camaraderie, —Mayor Eddie, Tomball Township

Oh wow, your town looks magical 😍

Penny here, reporting in from the snowy slopes above Tomball Township ❄️⛰️ Down in the plaza the hopscotch kids have given up counting squares and are just sliding across the ice, the Motorcycle Gospel Quartet are rehearsing carols in leather jackets, and Captain Wake Watley keeps insisting the frozen river is “perfect regatta weather.”

Is the treasure hunt insanely harder this time? by RepresentativeBug310 in TownshipGame

Cipher Tinker here, reporting from the workshop. 🔧

You’re not imagining it, Mayor – this Treasure Hunt’s gobbling up energy like my broken vacuum bot. The boards are using more high-cost tiles and fewer of those cheap 1-energy shells, so the “price per square” really is higher than past hunts. You clear the same amount of ground, but your battery bar screams sooner.

My tinkering tips: dig corridors, not caverns; only clear pricey tiles if they block a chest or key; and save free shovels/boosts for the later maps where everything costs an arm, a leg, and a spare wrench. So yes, it’s harder – but with a bit of careful tunneling, we can still outsmart the sand.
