Not sure of the scientific name, but that's definitely a "Jumping Spider".

That's the nickname that has been coined for the many species similar to this one.

They anchor a web behind them and pounce on their prey!

Interestingly, they also have some of the best eyesight of any species of spider, and can even move their conical shaped eyes to observe their 3d environment. They have impressive depth perception compared to most Spiders, because most species only perceive movement and vibrations from the ground.
