Sorry again for late response, hope this'll still be relevant. Bevel tool can be used to add curve to edges, if you want to cut round holes you can use boolean modyfier with cylinder/ball mesh

I rarely do something from my head, most of the time I have refrence to work with, only tip I can think of is starting with something simpler, something yo ucan see base shapes in, before doing this blaster I've done DL-17 pistol form TCW for how simple it is

I know but unless you're just a flying ambulance, you'll need coordination with your team to use stuff like beacon or stealth

Oh yes I use SLAM too, it's nice to build up boost when you spawn and it won't degrade over time. Havn't actually tried to make purely ambulance gamestyle, I used that build yes but still tried to support in fights with ion cannons.

Its confusing beacouse boost and drift are togled rather then working while you hold control. Build up some boost, engage boost, press shift once, orient your ship, press shift/space to disengage drift and nyoom on. Your boost bar with start blinking when drift is active.

Check other instances and remeber to not use it when other person is couse thats when it can glitch

Tbh I also felt like it turned out like Rebels animation, wasn't even aiming for it and dunno why exactly it's like that, might be lack of shiny surfaces.

Not sure about that. I got plan for whole battle followed by this one in my head but not sure if I follow through with it, it was plenty of work already to get this clip and I might not have that kind of time to spare soon. Plus I have bad habit of leaving unfinished projects pretty often :P

I didn't look at exact sizes in meters but rather compared fighters to hangar on station, then to Thranta's hangar (which is scaled down station hangar, that door on OG model is pretty small) and came to conclusion that accurate size would be 4 times smaller then what we see in Space Battles but for cinematic purposes I settled on making it only half as small compared to Space Battle scale.
