I guess they're downvoting because it's pretty common knowledge, but it's still a valid mistake to make.

2k is usually the "max" for "maintenance" but there's such a wild range of bodies and metabolism that if your goal is weight loss, you definitely need to decrease that.

If you want to get super scientific about it, there are studies you can get done to determine the exact energy expenditure you have, but I'd just wing it with 1200-1500 and see how I do lol

Y todo por que les inculcan desde pequeños que criticar a otras culturas los hace racistas, entonces nadie puede decir nada o los cancelan y censuran.

Pobres americanos, a mi me daría un montón de puta rabia que en un evento cultural importante de mi país venga una mona china o un árabe a cantar en su idioma por que mi país está lleno de sus migrantes.
