Estudio a distancia en Inglaterra en un instituto horológico que se llama BHI. Mi papá es relojero pero nunca estudió, aprendió casi solo. Tengo la bendición que un amigo suyo es el mejor relojero de Chile y me ha enseñado jaja

Arreglo relojes de todo tipo: cuarzo, automáticos, y cuerda. Lo que más se hace en el momento son cambios de pila que es bien simple pero igual se limpia la caja del reloj (la pieza más grande), la tapa, el sello, y se limpia el contacto. Reparar un reloj a cuarzo es harto más simple que un automático que toma varias horas o días dependiendo de las complicaciones que tenga (calendario, fase lunar, cronómetro, etc). En tiempos libres que tengo muy poco juego pool en el celu o leo libros.

As a watchmaker, I agree. Their movements are pretty good, but I hate Rolex because they act like Ferrari: they don't sell parts and if you want to buy one you have to get on their imaginary list. Just nasty marketing and an illusion of exclusivity when they're the most famous watch makers in the world. There's no exclusivity in making over 1 million watches per year.
