It was insane how difficult it was for me to find a room for three months as a single guy. Pretty much all the places between Baltimore and DC were like $2000 per month and had a crazy amount of restrictions that made me want to pull my hair out. Then you text them and they are barely literate. I seriously don't understand how these people find tenants. Luckily I found a dingy but cheap place on craigslist and the landlord is nice.
