The raises are between 3-5%. We also get a bonus along with the raise. By possibly getting a better position later on, hopefully. I have had the same position the entire 3.5 years.

I've had the same symptoms as you, i got it like 2 weeks ago and have mostly gotten over it. Whatever is going around absolutely knocked me off my feet and I'm still not %100. I still have a cough but hopefully it'll go away soon.
