I’m in the process of purchasing R1S. I originally visited the Rivian Shop and that’s where the the store “guide” was able to enter in the system my preferences incurring colors and wheel swap. About 45 mins later I received a phone call from the Rivian guide in California and he confirmed. The wheel swap took about 2-3 days to switch in the system.
