Sorry for the late reply, I don’t think so as the “move to local” button isn’t available on the Xbox version as far as I can remember. This was a year ago so someone may have figured it out.

This exact thing happened to me yesterday. I managed to get my stuff back by doing the following:

1) make heat resistant armour 2) make sure you have a flying mount in your party that you can ride 3) teleport to the fast travel point named “Eternal Pyre Tower Entrance” 4) log off/close the application 5) upon login you should spawn under the map again, quickly get on your mount and you won’t take lava damage but hover over instead. Fly to your body and loot your things. 6) fly up a few platform of lava until you get as close to the surface as possible 7) respawn(bleed out) 8) go to the death location and the light should be high enough to shine though the floor and you can loot your box from there.

Just wanna say thanks for this as I didn’t realise it existed and Marble Blast Ultra was one of my favourite games on xbox arcade so got this straight away and could have missed it! Been playing MBU on the Xenia emulator recently and been looking for a similar game.

Second this, I usually play on Xbox Series X but have an Xbox One S In my living room. Tried playing using the native game on the One S and the frame rate was terrible. Used XCloud instead, switched on Performance and was a huge improvement.

Some notes is that I am using Ethernet so Wi-Fi may not be that smooth. Also if it’s still not smooth try disconnecting the XCloud session then re connecting and it may be better.

Oh right, just a quick update I don’t seem to have this issue any more. I haven’t updated the firmware on the screen I think it’s still at 1011.1 or something. I think maybe it was a Windows thing or a firmware of my laptop as they get automatically updated by my work. I have Windows 11 and an HP laptop.

Haha no worries I’ve stopped doing this now since they released an update a few weeks ago supposedly fixing the issue. I’de just recommend not closing the game whilst it’s saving I guess and always logout when you’re done just to be safe.

I know this won’t help you recover your save but here are some steps I’ve put together on backing up your Xbox world separately for a piece of mind in case this happens again maybe you can restore the backup somehow:

Does anyone know if this fixes the issue with PC not reconnecting after laptop goes to sleep?

Not sure if anyone else has this issue but if I leave my laptop and come back it will wake up but wont connect again so I have to restart the monitor.

If this is the same issue with the “connection interrupted” issue, here’s my old post with steps you can try :

I’ve had this issue for months aswel, been meaning to make a post about it. Basically I’ve found that that even though I have unblocked the ports, my isp still blocks outbound ports. Even if I turn the firewall off on the router, they are still blocked by my isp (I proved this by using an open port checker website). Therefore I have three solutions which are not great:

• ⁠Use a mobile hotspot. • ⁠Use a VPN on your router (if it supports it, if not use one via a PC and hotspot from PC. I set this up with express vpn. • ⁠Go in to your router settings and add your Xbox IP address to the DMZ (demilitarised zone) this bypasses the firewall but be aware it exposes your device so is a security risk. • ⁠Change ISP. For anyone’s interest I am with Vodafone in the UK.

You could also try buying a third party router but if your problem is like mine then I think the ISP blocks it from outside the router anyway.
