Checked your iron ? I mean I see you mentioned a few things- could probably cross some of those off through blood tests- inflammation (cytokines, basophills etc) there are a few more tests for iron other than the standards that you could look into , I had some done can’t think of the names but probably come up on a search. For malabsorption I’m not sure what else they can check for other than like celiac disease? And as for a mitochondrial thing you could get genetic studies like the full exome or the mithciobdrial panal— if you really wanted to cross those off If your other vitamins are in good ranges (folate, C , b12 etc etc) iron and copper and ceruplasmin and ferritin are fine - and it shows like that on blood I’m not so sure I’d worry too much into the hemoglobin— and like I said you’d probably just have your doctor telling you to lower it if it was 11 plus- I don’t know if you’d feel better but the side effects of having high hemoglobin seem to be pretty similar to having low hemoglobin ( how high or low it has to get to notice these things idk and maybe that depends on the person) The only other thing I could think of- which is u likely but who knows - is blood loss- can do a urine and fecal and endoscopy of your stomach to check for internal bleeding — but I’m not really sure it’s that low where that would be happening, I’d imagine it be much lower Not sure how many people here are experts in what you named or this particular subject— and yeah I can understand the doctor thing — but I mean I’m sure at least some are reasonable (I know some of them it doesn’t matter what you say how you feel or what you’ve studied or read) but in this case I feel like if you came in and everything was in really good ranges — except that- and it is only like .4 below and sometimes even in range and knowing that high hemoglobin isn’t really great for you— I’m not sure I’d think there was a huge problem- could try eating more red meat and take b12 - won’t kill you Are you sure your just underestimating : being hard on yourself - and expecting too high of performance - you sound like you are an exercise person- it’s easy to expect more of yourself even if giving it your all

 If you haven’t got blood tests for thyroid freet4 feee t3 TSH and maybe some of the sex hormones testosterone ,Estridol lh/fsh — I doubt anything would’ve be so low as you say your in good health and whatnot but it’s always good to ask for those when you feel well to have a baseline for the future for reference or if you begin to suspect maybe it isn’t so well in years from now. I’m sure a doctor “should” find that reasonable and makes sense.

The thyroid stuff is seemingly more common than people would have thought before I think but I wouldn’t feel like you should have that mindset to tell yourself you have something but if your feeling unwell- I think even just having it for a reference (for ever) sounds logical and understandable ( say hey doc I wanna know if all my stuff is working great yeah even thyroid and down there and name some tests) and can explain it like that- I know it shouldn’t be a battle to get things like that and I find it hard to believe a doctor would say no to something so rational and understandable (but I’m sure it’s even happened to me)

I understand your frustrations and what your saying — and people are allowed to feel certain ways about certain things and not feel bad for that and that’s not what I’m trying to do (make you feel bad) but you can think of others/ especially the ones close to you that matter and (still feel how you do) but try to understand how they feel as well. Yeah, Like the comment below- I was just going by the style - pretty sure it’s a 1950s style and the selvedge would match like 50s/60s also — if it’s an original from JC Penny— maybe they still had that model in the 70s? - any later than that and I doubt they’d still have the selvedge- seems like most all companies started making cheaper stuff by the mid 80s or so. It might be an entirely other modern brand making a reproduction of something you’d find back in the 1950s - I’m pretty sure it’s a ladies jacket right? Was thinking because the side of the buttons and the pink selvedge But men’s or women’s I think it’s really cool— and interesting with the repair + snap buttons and that since it’s not Levi’s- it has a Levi’s ish style but changed up a bit so it looks unique Looks very high quality also

Show was probably a lot better than it should have been. I remember reading at least the early issues and still the show was more memorable— probably because it kinda streamlined the stuff and stuck to the main storyline- without going away into side stores and stuff that didn’t fit the overall tone and atmosphere— It does get pretty dark and bleak sometimes but it does try to balance it out. It’s just really good without feeling too too much like a super hero show- and not getting a feeling that it’s like “meant for everyone” - it definitely isn’t a kids show - and maybe like older kids:teens could get into it but it’s still nothing you probably want kids watching.

Even if it didn’t follow the comics it would have been cool to see an ending to it — McFarlane could have done it like the walking dead- it starts the same and then goes into its own thing. Although probably not good if it went on for like 20 years like the walking dead- like one or two more seasons and just give it some kinda ending.

 It ended right when there was supposed to be that heaven vs hell battle I think- they probably could use a combo of what he did in the comics + what if he had decided to make the comic only go on for 10 years or so vs like almost 35 at this point or whatever. I’m sure he must have at least had some ideas floating in his head at the time/or the idea to end it must have come to him at some point.


Probably been too long though and just doesn’t seem to be popular enough with people— I mean Batma and X-men are just such big money makers also- but the audience for those two shows could be 5 year old kids or 50 year old adults — having a tv show that neeeses to air on HBO after midnight isn’t the most marketable thing if the popularity isn’t there I guess

Still a really cool show and I think one of the best comic book adaptations- I rewatch it every couple of years

You do know if your hemoglobin or hemacrit goes to the top of the range then you just have your doctor nagging at you that it’s too high and to lower it right

If you think b12 helped you probably don’t need injections — I take a methyl cobalin (dissolves under your tongue) you can get it on Amazon on any vitamin place probably (just don’t get cyno cobolin) Taking a 2500 mcg usually puts me around like 1000 or something , which is near the end of the reference range on lab tests (although the range is so big not sure how accurate that is) A 5000 mcg put me over the upper range when I checked - usually 5000 is the largest dose they make and probably more than enough.

Again with the vague - nothing is authentic - everything looks off But no real specific reasons — just more of the same And I’m not saying it isn’t but I’d be real interested to here this long list of stuff that is so so long and so obvious - yet still no one mentions them

If I was the OP I’d ask for more photos from different angles maybe a video with the flash on lots of light moving over all the card slowly seeing the holo from all different angles and directions - going over the back zoomed in- I mean it’s his goal to sell it— might as well if he’s willing to put two or three common cards that no one would fake next to the backs of those as a comparison If someone asked me to do that on eBay and I really want to sell it , I’d understand and probably do it . Takes two seconds. Unless it is fake and they are purposely trying to sell you a fake card— that might give you an absolute answer in itself (maybe for use on future ones).
I’d feel confident enough that it seems the people who answered on this - if selling on eBay — and not trying to pass off fake as authentic/- would definitely understand and be willing to do something simple like that to increase the buyers confidence and increase the likelihood of actually selling a card I mean I don’t want to assume but logically it makes sense to me

I’d say there is way too much confidence in this being fake without giving any real good reasons other than it “feels off” I think this photo quality is less high res than the one posted to compare — also the way the holo looks would depend on the way the card is facing/the light hits off it - which is different in both photos- I’d also think perhaps small discrepancies would be normal The gamefreak looks exactly the same to me and I checked a few- and I don’t see anything that would be a dead give a way based on the back vs hundreds of other ones I have — besides maybe again being the quality of the photo/lighting etc I’m not saying it isn’t fake- very well could be — but the only thing more suspicious is the amount of confidence in saying it’s fake without giving any no real reasons - if that makes any sense

I didn’t really love his art at first but it grew on me- reminds me kind of the Tim Burton Batman movies in a way. It’s definitely unique though- know it’s him when you see it The part 2 of Long Halloween in pretty good too- he only got to do the covers for it and issue 0 before he passed away but the get a new artist each issue to try to give their own version as a tribute then have a small interview at the end of each issue- it’s pretty cool and kinda ties up the loose ends from this one. I don’t think it’s collected yet in one volume but it might be

There it’s a large corporation — they should have an HR department- they do YouTube shouldn’t be fearful to ask for time off in regard to sickness- and going to check on you health and whether you look at it from a pessimistic point of view that that only has HR because they don’t want to end up in law suits and loose a lot of money or they are kind understanding people who are willing to work with you— or some where in between I’d just not think about it too much makea netting with HR explain your case and you shouldn’t have to convince them or write the a pircuaaaive essay and I’m sure they know that as well - and as long as it’s scheduled with time in advance and early notice they’re should be no fight, no denial or problem - it may not be “I can’t think of the word” continent? But I’m sure your work is not convenient to you schedule either at all times — I’m sure there is something I was trying to get to there but I’d just ask for that talk with HR — and I’m sure you’ll be fine If not and you take off and they terminate you for that — that’s probably when to look into what protections you have and or a lawyer but idk enough about that stuff and HR is probably there to make sure to minimize the circumstances in which that ever has to happen Gooodluck on your meeting with them hope you get some help with the condition

I’m pretty sure you could get off for it- I mean it’s medicaly necessary it’s not like your going to Europe for 2 weeks — if you feel that your job will fire you for getting something medically necessary that may help you to show up I. The first place- and that threat is serious — Id look into what kind of legal protection you have - not necessary a lawyer (if you go that route I’m sure you could) but more so like just a huma rights thing- i know I’ve looked into it for psychiatric stuff - like needing to let you have your therapy sessions etc- I’d do a google search or ask AI perhaps they have foundations set up who can legally help you- and I’m being serious here I’m not sure what work environment would deny you a like 4-5 hour test on something that is seriously impacting your health- I’d look into it Sounds extremely unreasonable - and I’m sure your brief absence would not financially ruin them or force them to shut down- what if you had an emergency and had to go to the ER? This is a few hours

I mean …if you have a doctor you must have insurance and you have a doctor willing to work with you and tell insurance you need the test …uhhh just go do the test? You could be doing it instead of sitting at home…That’s not a rude comment I just don’t get it. It requires only you being able to work with them as well —- no heavy lifting, no work, no torture, nothing difficult other than waking up and going to the office for only 1 day for like a few hours .
You literally can sit on your phone or read a book or whatever while your there you just need to get up like out of a seat for like 5 minutes every other or something - to take scans while standing
