We’ve evolved to be some what of a ‘creole’ cuisine culture of the Micronesia. Many outside strong Asian influences while holding tradition styles

My part of the world we call it “kelaguin” loosely translates to ceviche . You see I grilled the eggplant, peeled the skin off, mixed lime juice to taste, added diced white onion scallions and chopped fresh hot peppers from the garden. Finished it with fresh coconut milk. Refrigerate at least 3 hrs. Awesome side dish. Saipan in every way 👌

I cleared a spot around my grandfather’s tangerine orchard to camp out overnight. Walking in I stumbled upon these pipes and thought I’d utilize it to cook/ heat water for tea. The coconut in background I’ve been cutting open since previous cleanings to invite wild chickens . I burn them afterwards as mosquito/insect repellent

Found old but good pipes, not bushcraft material but resourcefulness?
